Privacy notice
This explains what personal information Newton Engineering collects through this website, why, and who handles it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. If you email us directly we receive your email address and whatever you send.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide and manage our services. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
Contact form messages are processed by Formspree, an online form service, and then delivered to us by email. Formspree may store and process this information on servers outside Australia. This site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, and our email is provided by our email provider.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them.
Access and corrections
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@newtonengineering.com.au.
